1. About the Journal

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Science, Engineering, Technology & Management (IJMRSETM) is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in science, engineering, technology, and management. The journal welcomes high-quality original research, review papers, case studies, and short communications.

2. Scope of the Journal

IJMRSETM covers a wide range of topics including but not limited to:

• Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Life Sciences

• Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.

• Technology: AI, IoT, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, etc.

• Management: Business Administration, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Strategic Management

3. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

• Original Research Articles

• Review Articles

• Case Studies

• Technical Notes

• Short Communications

• Book Reviews (on invitation)

4. Manuscript Submission

• All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the official journal email or submission portal (email: [insert journal email]).

• Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

• A cover letter stating the manuscript title, corresponding author details, and a declaration of originality must accompany the submission.

5. Manuscript Preparation

5.1 Format

• Language: English (UK or US, consistent throughout)

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Spacing: 1.5

• Margins: 1 inch on all sides

• Length: Recommended 4,000–7,000 words

5.2 Structure

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:

1. Title Page: Title, Author(s) Name, Affiliation(s), Corresponding Author Email

2. Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions

3. Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords

4. Introduction

5. Literature Review (if applicable)

6. Materials and Methods / Methodology

7. Results

8. Discussion

9. Conclusion

10. Acknowledgments (optional)

11. References

6. Referencing Style

• Authors must use the APA 7th Edition referencing style.

• In-text citations must follow the author–date format.

• All references should be listed in alphabetical order at the end.

Example:

Smith, J. A., & Brown, T. K. (2021). AI in manufacturing. Journal of Modern Engineering, 35(4), 122–130.

7. Plagiarism Policy

IJMRSETM strictly follows ethical publishing standards. Manuscripts found with more than 15% similarity index (excluding references) will be rejected or returned for revision. Authors are advised to self-check plagiarism before submission.

8. Peer Review Process

• All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.

• Review decisions are usually provided within 3–4 weeks of submission.

• Revisions, if requested, must be submitted within the stipulated time.

9. Publication Fee

IJMRSETM is an open-access journal. To cover operational costs, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon acceptance. Authors will be informed of the fee in the acceptance letter. There is no fee for manuscript submission.

10. Copyright and Licensing

• Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement.

• All published content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) unless otherwise stated.

11. Ethical Considerations

• Authors must disclose any conflict of interest.

• Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with relevant ethical guidelines and should include appropriate ethical clearance information.
