Cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are transforming enterprise risk management (ERM) by enabling real‑time data processing, predictive analytics, automation, and adaptive learning across complex organizational environments. This paper examines the integration of cloud computing with AI platforms to support intelligent decision‑making and adaptive ERM frameworks that respond dynamically to emerging threats and opportunities. It explores how scalable cloud infrastructures facilitate centralized data aggregation while AI algorithms enhance risk detection, classification, and prioritization. By synthesizing current research, industry practices, and methodological frameworks, this study outlines the value of unified cloud‑AI systems in strengthening organizational resilience and strategic foresight. Key benefits include improved risk visibility, faster response cycles, and the ability to simulate scenario outcomes using machine learning models. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, model interpretability, dependency on quality data, and cloud service vulnerabilities are also highlighted. The research proposes a mixed‑method approach combining qualitative case analysis with quantitative performance evaluation of cloud‑AI ERM systems. Ultimately, the paper contributes an integrated theoretical framework and practical considerations for deploying cloud‑AI solutions that support adaptive, intelligent risk management in modern enterprises.
