Abstract

The rapid evolution of cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and intelligent automation has significantly transformed enterprise information systems. Modern organizations require cloud-based enterprise platforms capable of supporting predictive operations, intelligent decision-making, operational resilience, and continuous digital innovation. Traditional enterprise systems often suffer from limited scalability, reactive operational management, fragmented data processing, and insufficient resilience against unexpected disruptions such as cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, and changing market conditions. This research proposes the design and implementation of an intelligent cloud-based enterprise platform that integrates AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, cloud-native architecture, and intelligent automation to enhance enterprise operational performance and resilience. The proposed platform utilizes distributed cloud infrastructure, microservices, container orchestration, real-time analytics, and automated monitoring to support proactive business operations and continuous service availability. Predictive intelligence enables early identification of operational risks, resource optimization, infrastructure failures, and business anomalies, allowing organizations to implement preventive actions before disruptions occur. The study adopts a design science methodology supported by enterprise architecture modeling, cloud platform implementation, simulation-based evaluation, and performance analysis. The proposed framework demonstrates improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, business continuity, resource utilization, cybersecurity preparedness, and organizational agility. The research contributes a comprehensive enterprise platform architecture that enables intelligent predictive operations while strengthening operational resilience within modern cloud-enabled digital enterprises
